Once the client selects the lawyers from the list, he needs to book an appointment with that lawyer. Both the client as well lawyer will get a notification immediately. Lawyer would confirm the appointment depending on his availability. After which client can make the online payment under the appointment section and be ready for the conversation at the time of appointment.

All the lawyers listed in our app or web portal are verified list of lawyers and all are BAR council members and also currently practicing lawyers.

No, we take the payment beforehand, to ensure quality and standards. Lawyers are paid only after you reviewing with the client.

You can leave your query on the app or web portal. There are some lawyers who would like to provide free advice as well. As and when LICIT or the lawyers listed with us, see the post, would reply to it.

You have 2 weeks from the time of appointment after you mutually agree with the lawyer. The same can be extended upto one month, depending on the lawyer’s discretion. After one month the appointment will be termed invalid.

If you are not satisfied with the advice received by the lawyer, we would assign a in-house case manager to look into the issue and get it sorted immediately and if you are still not satisfied, will take actions for refund. (Partial or Full or None depending on the issue)
