Passport Affidavits

There are various affidavits that a passport office might require. From Annexures A to M. Each Annexure is meant for different purposes. For Ex. Annexure A is used if a person applying got passport is illiterate and does not have age proof. So Annezure A acts an age proof document and it has to be submitted in the form of an Affidavit.
