TRADEMARK OBJECTION

– Trademark office can send an objection towards the registered trademark if it finds any logo or the word is too similar to another registered trademark. In such case, you or the lawyer who received the objection from the trademark office need to file your response with a month from when it has been received or else, the registrar could dismiss your application and you might have to start the whole process again. .
